I remember when Dyrus was "forced" to pick Lulu into a pick Lulu doesn't do well against because all the other popular top laners were banned. Meanwhile he could have picked from a dozen other good champions and done better. People in LCS tend to forget anything other than the most popular 5 picks per role even exist. I haven't been keeping track of LCS recently is Sona ever picked?

You can't neglect the part where Annie's isn't a projectile and is immediate, whereas Sona's has a travel time.
I imagine whoever said that implied that that's what makes Annie's stun so superior to other supports.
