In Fiesta there's no auction house like WoW so you set up little vendors and afk in them to sell or buy things
There's also a thing where you can war other guilds. The other guild doesn't need to confirm it or anything, you just hit war and it's open Guild vs Guild PvP anywhere you see each other.
You can of course set your guild to not be warrable, but this guy's cocky and has his set to available for warring
Noone else is awake at the moment so noone would even notice if I killed him
Should I?

Unfortunately not, though I doubt he has anything worth taking anyway. He's selling worthless crap that anyone with a brain would sell to an NPC. |

Does he have to do anything to respawn or is it a timer? When you die you get the option to move instantly to a specific spawn point that depends on what zone you died in, use an item that revives you on the spot, and a button that lets you get up if a Cleric revives you. After three minutes you automatically get moved to the spawn point allocated to the zone you died in. |
