Let me explain it in a way that's easy to understand.
Imagine you and your friends decide to play ranked for the season. You all separately play your first placement matches. After you each play your first Game you discuss how it went. The general concensus is everyone had an easy game. Their teams were friendly, they worked together, and they won.
All except for your friend Bob. He got a huge troll in champ select. Said troll immediately ran down mid at the start of the game feeding until Bob lost. sucks but some of the rating system is based on luck after all right?
I'm Bob. And that troll was an angry customer that still gave me a horrible score despite me being nice the entire time he was yelling at me and threatening me. AND I solved his issue.

Sometimes youll run into those kind of people. They wont be happy until everyone else around them is just as angry, sad, and depressed as they are. Youve just gotta stay in control, let them rant, and move on. Thats all you really can do.

When we are given a bad score our bosses listen to the call we had with the customer to see if we did something wrong. And then our bosses talk to is about it to help us improve. My bosses literally said word for word " we listened to that call and that guy was angry from start to finish there really wasn't anything you could have done to not get a bad score from him." Even hearing that it still pisses me off but you're right.

Everyone knows this will happen and that's why your score from customers is based on an average. I get 0's from custs on a weekly basis but still end the month around 80% satisfaction.

i'd rate you a 10 i doubt i'd rate anyone a 0 unless they were totally useless and ILY

i'd rate you a 10 i doubt i'd rate anyone a 0 unless they were totally useless and ILY Customers usually rate 10 if you're nice and do whatever you're supposed to do. If you come off as bored or something they'll rate you 5, and if they didn't get what they want it's 0 (this can't be helped 95% of the time)
